This package is best suited for the couple who has done some of the planning, but need assistance with directing the rehearsal and day of event activities.  LC will be there to take the pressure off of you and your family and friends.  We will be behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly.

• Meet six weeks prior to your wedding to review vendor contracts and finalize plans for wedding and reception.

• Contact all vendors one week prior to the wedding to confirm they have all the information they need, reiterate all your expectations and serve as liaison between vendors and couple

• Direct Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception

• Create wedding day schedule for all vendors and wedding participants

• Coordinate with all wedding party participants and inform them of their responsibilities

• Assist and direct all wedding participants from beginning to the end of the ceremony

• Coordinate assembly, set-up and breakdown at ceremony

• Assist with etiquette situations

• Distribute final payments to vendors at ceremony

• Oversee vendor arrival and set-up

• Distribute tossing items at ceremony

• Pin flowers on attendants and distribute bouquets

• Coordinate and execute events with bride, groom and wedding party at reception

• Deliver any materials needed to wedding reception site and distribute them when needed.

• Load gifts in car and box up additional wedding cake.
